Dear Friends:
We did it!! We opened our new location last week with a grand opening and building dedication that was fantastic. Over 200 people attended and watched as we shared some words about the vision of NCJW, heard from politicians and VIP's, and then gathered to say the shehecheyanu over the new building with Rabbi Rosenberg.
We opened our newly designed resale shop and got rave reviews from our customers and our members. They love the new look and we've even got some new volunteers helping out in our new space. It's fun, exciting and a great time to socialize with friends. Donations are now being accepted whenever the shop is open--so keep bringing us your great merchandise.
Construction should begin on the office in a week or so--we're just waiting for a building permit from the city of Creve Coeur. The goal is to get it done by the end of the year and then move in mid January. We've got some great naming opportunities for the new building--whether you want to honor or memorialize someone, just give us a call!
Save the date for Bravo St. Louis, featuring Andy Cohen from Bravo TV. Saturday, April 28th at NEO on Locust we'll gather to celebrate our successes and have a great time! Trivia night has moved to an even larger space to accommodate our ever growing crowd--we'll be at the Edward Jones building on Manchester at 270 on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012. And because of the new space, we can now do tables of 10--so get your friends together now for a really fun evening.
