What's Happening Now

New project launched.

NCJW and Wellston School District

installed a

 Kids Community Closet

at Central Elementary School and the Early Childhood Center on Friday, Jan. 18, 2008.

A pilot project, the Kids Community Closet is stocked to meet the day-to-day needs of students by providing new clothing, school supplies and personal care items as needed at no cost.

Kids Community Closet is an extension of the Back-to-School! Store™,  This means NCJW can serve hundreds or potentially thousands more students each year.  Click here to go to our community service page to learn about Kids Community Closet and other projects of NCJW-St. Louis.

We have a continuing need for NEW items to keep the closet stocked:

Children's coats (no blue or red), Hats, Mittens

Jeans, Shirts, Sweatpants, Socks
